Founded in 2020, [RE]SET WELLNESS was born in the middle of lockdown with the dream to help people achieve the best possible health and fitness results. 

We believe in an holistic health first approach to training and fitness as a whole. You will not get the best results by focusing on one aspect of fitness.

We do not focus on weight loss as we feel this is only one benefit of a healthy lifestyle. We prefer to focus on performance based goals as this will keep you focused and enjoying the process of living a healthy active lifestyle.
