HOW TO USE

For those 90kgs and above:

As a dietary supplement, adults mix 3 level scoops in 500 mL of cold water and consume 15–30 minutes before exercise. Do not consume more than 3 level scoops daily.

 

For those between 80kgs – 89kgs: 

We do not recommend the use of MUSCLE FREAK™ 2.0 for individuals who weigh less than 90kgs as the dosages of the ingredients in our formula are extremely powerful. If you are sensitive to stimulants you can start out with one level scoop before your workouts. Building up to a full dose of 3 level scoops over time depending on how your body reacts.
