Vitatech® Complete Shake Mix has been developed to support nutrition, immunity, digestion, energy and manage dietary needs. Consisting of a blend of macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates and fats), micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) and prebiotics (inulin), Vitatech® Complete Shake Mix can be used to either maintain or increase weight. Containing 184 nutritious calories, Vitatech® Complete Shake Mix can be used as a full meal replacement or to partially substitute a meal.
Mix 3 level scoops (approx. 50g) with 200 ml of water in a glass, shaker or blender. Mix, shake or blend thoroughly and drink. Take 1-3 servings per day, or as required to satisfy your daily dietary needs. To achieve an amazingly thick milkshake taste and texture, use whole milk.
